“ Therefore we see such manifestations as gynaecomastia (male
breasts), fibrocystic breast disease, breast cancer, weight gain and
endometriosis that are most likely related to the (approximately)
300,000 oestrogenic toxins the average person encounters daily.
“However, the actual effect on hormones is to lower oestrogen
because the body thinks it has too much.
“ This creates testosterone and progesterone effects that in
women include irregular periods, infertility, PCOS, facial hair and
body hair, hair loss and early menopause.
“For men, sy mptoms include acne, BPH (benign enlargement or
growth of the prostate gland), prostate/testicular cancer, balding,
back hair, reduced libido, moodiness and more.
“It affects children too – oestrogen dominance can lead to early
menstruation and breast development, acne, excess hair for girls,
moodiness and more.”
Over the course of nearly a century, excess (xeno)oestrogen
causing oestrogen dominance has been progressively skewed off the
scale by industrialism, modern agriculture and synthetic hormone
therapy; that is, by xenoestrogens received transdermally from all
sorts of external sources.
Non-biodegradable in nature, the major sources of
xenoestrogens are pesticides, detergents, petroleum products,
plastic products, industrial waste products, car exhaust, meat and
poultry, soaps and much of the carpeting, furniture and panelling
that we live and work within on a daily basis, and cosmetics. Even
spermicides used for birth control in diaphragm jellies, condoms
and in vaginal gels.
“Our new supplement DIM, derived from cruciferous vegetables,
is a remarkable binder of these oestrogenic toxins. It will help raise
oestrogen to more natural levels and create balance in the body,”
says Dr Johnson.
“ We use frequency medicine to balance the testosterone
in the form of Skin Perfection and/or Hormone Health
Harmonized Water. The two together will have dramatic effects
on regulating symptoms.”
NO-SURGERY MUMMY MAKEOVER
After producing their bundles of joy, much as they love their
children, many women find their self-confidence hit for six by
bulging bellies, loose skin, stretch marks and stubborn post-
partum fat and/or cellulite (especially if it’s way post-partum).
And celebrity “yummy mummies” who bounce back into
suspiciously fast pre-pregnancy shape can put depressingly
unrealistic pressure on new mums, and those still struggling with
weight and “trouble” spots even years after the event.
Advances in technology have made “getting bodies back ”
eminently achievable, and without surgery.
Ultrasonic face lifting has soared in popularity over
the past few years, with results (in appropriate candidates)
rivalling those of surgery – but without the trauma and
downtime of same.
Now those results are achievable for the body, using multi-
functional cartridges especially designed for treatment of the
body, with Ultraformer III.
Harnessing MMFU (Micro and Macro Focused Ultrasound)
technology, it is a solution for anyone who suffers from skin
laxity and/or stubborn fat pockets on the neck, abdomen,
buttocks, knees, upper arms, knees and inner thighs, lower
leg, ankle and back. Thus it makes an ideal post-pregnancy
tummy treatment, as per the case study pictured.
Currently, 4 and 7Mhz transducers create micro coagulation
into the dermis and superficial muscular aponeurotic system
(SMAS) while 2Mh transducers deliver macro energ y into
subcutaneous fat to remove fat cells. This innovation of
transducers generates eight times the ultrasound energy
compared with other procedures using similar technology.
During the Ultraformer III body treatment, fat cells are
damaged and then transported through the vascular and
lymphatic drainage systems and disposed of naturally by the body.
Many patients report the level of pain is tolerable. The only
discomforting period is when the ultrasound energy is being
delivered. However, after treatment the sensations subside.
There will be slight redness for a few hours following the
treatment, and patients will also experience mild swelling for
a few weeks. Some patients (although it is uncommon) may
experience slight bruising and numbness. This usually resolves
within 2-4 weeks.
The skin’s response to this energy is to produce fresh new
collagen and elastin. Lifting and tightening of the skin and
reduction of fat will be noticed over a period of two to three
months and further improvements can appear for up to six
months after a single procedure.
