receive an email update at the beginning of each month
detailing the number of points they have earned and the
total amount of credit available on their account.
Additionally, the program gives members the opportunity to
be invited to exclusive events where they can learn more about new
treatments and products, as well as the ability to earn extra points.

n an industry that relies so heavily on hands-
on treatments and the human touch, it may
sound counter-intuitive to offer services that
don’t require staff to be there, but it may be a
lucrative addition to your medispa or salon.
Already hugely popular overseas,
thermal experience rooms not only have the
benefit of being self-sufficient, but can also
serve several clients at once. Spa Vision Co-
Founder Neil Owen explains:
“Facilities available in Australia are
ver y much treatment room focused. In
other parts of the world there has been big
investment in thermal experience areas that
can be enjoyed without a therapist.”
“ They are complemented usually with
relaxation areas and hydrotherapy and are
often part of a package."
